Clients retain full authority over how their data may be used, including decisions related to retention, deletion, access permissions, and regulatory obligations.

Permitted Use of Client Data

Client data is accessed and processed solely to perform agreed analytical, technical, and reporting services. This may include data preparation, transformation, modeling, visualization, automation, and system integration activities.

The Firm does not sell, license, or disclose client data to third parties for independent commercial use.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all data provided to the Firm has been lawfully collected, processed, and authorized for use within the applicable legal and regulatory framework. This includes responsibility for consent, notice, and compliance obligations related to personal or sensitive data.

Clients are also responsible for validating the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of their data for analytical and operational use.

Data Storage and Retention

Client data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, support service delivery, or comply with applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the engagement and agreed terms.

Upon completion or termination of services, client data may be returned or securely deleted in accordance with contractual instructions and applicable law.

Security controls may include access management, encryption, monitoring, and environment isolation appropriate to the nature of the data and services provided.

No system can be guaranteed to be fully secure, and clients acknowledge inherent risks associated with electronic data processing and transmission.

Use of Third-Party Systems and Tools

The Firm may utilize third-party platforms, cloud services, analytics tools, or infrastructure providers to deliver services. These third parties may process client data solely as required to support service delivery.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, controls, and limitations. Responsibility for regulatory compliance and data authorization remains with the client.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

Client data may be used within AI-assisted or automated analytical systems where applicable to the service scope. AI outputs are informational and require human interpretation and review prior to use.

The Firm does not represent AI-generated outputs as definitive, error-free, or suitable for unsupervised decision-making.
