This Responsible AI & Human Oversight Statement describes the principles and practices applied by Black Manta Data Analytics (“the Firm”) to ensure that artificial intelligence (“AI”) systems are used in a controlled, transparent, and accountable manner. The intent of this statement is to clarify how AI supports analytical and operational activities while maintaining human judgment, responsibility, and oversight.
This statement is provided for informational purposes and applies to clients, partners, and stakeholders engaging with the Firm’s AI-enabled services. It does not supersede or modify any contractual agreements.
AI technologies are used by the Firm to assist with data analysis, pattern recognition, forecasting, automation, and decision support across analytics and technology services. AI systems are designed to augment human capabilities by processing data at scale and identifying insights that may not be readily apparent through manual analysis.
AI is not deployed as an autonomous authority. All AI-assisted outputs are intended to support, not replace, human expertise and professional judgment.
Human oversight is a foundational requirement for all AI-enabled services delivered by the Firm. AI outputs are subject to review, interpretation, and validation by qualified individuals prior to use in business decisions or operational processes.
Clients retain full responsibility for decisions informed by AI-assisted insights, including determining the appropriateness of actions taken based on those outputs.
The Firm designs AI systems with clear accountability boundaries. Responsibility for business decisions, regulatory compliance, ethical considerations, and operational outcomes remains with the client.
The Firm does not delegate legal, financial, medical, or regulatory determinations to AI systems and does not represent AI outputs as authoritative or binding conclusions.
AI systems operate within defined technical and data constraints. Outputs are influenced by the quality, scope, and representativeness of input data, as well as model assumptions and configurations. AI systems may produce incomplete, biased, or inaccurate results under certain conditions.
Forward-looking or predictive outputs are estimates and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future performance or outcomes.
The Firm seeks to apply AI in a manner that is proportionate to the use case and aligned with the intended business purpose. AI systems are evaluated for suitability based on the nature of the task, data sensitivity, and potential impact on individuals or operations.
The Firm does not knowingly design or deploy AI systems intended to deceive, manipulate, or unlawfully discriminate.
AI systems operate on data provided or authorized by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring that data used in AI-enabled services has been lawfully collected and may be processed for the agreed purposes.
The Firm applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data used in AI development and operation, consistent with its data protection and information security practices.
The Firm may utilize third-party AI platforms, models, or services as components of AI-enabled solutions. These technologies are subject to their own operational constraints, documentation, and risk considerations.
The inclusion of third-party AI technologies does not transfer responsibility for oversight, validation, or compliance from the client.
AI-assisted outputs are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. The Firm does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice through AI systems.
AI technologies and responsible-use practices continue to evolve. The Firm periodically reviews its AI practices to address changes in technology, risk considerations, and service offerings. Updates to this statement may be made to reflect such changes.
This statement is intended for general commercial use and informational purposes. Applicability may vary by jurisdiction, and clients are responsible for understanding how applicable laws and regulations apply to their use of AI-enabled services.
