Purpose and Scope

This document describes how Black Manta Data Analytics (“the Firm”) collects, uses, processes, and protects data in connection with its website, services, and client engagements. It also defines the scope and limitations of the Firm’s analytics, technology, and advisory services. Informational Nature of Outputs

All outputs produced by the Firm—including reports, dashboards, forecasts, models, alerts, recommendations, code, or automated systems—are informational in nature. Outputs are designed to support human review and decision-making, not to replace human judgment.
